Entropi Messaging provides consent-based SMS and MMS communication tools for promotional messages, product updates, event updates, booking links, customer updates, and related business communications.

How We Use Information

SMS/MMS Consent and Mobile Information

Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, SMS/MMS consent records, and messaging activity are used only to provide and manage the Entropi Messaging service.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS/MMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging service, such as telecommunications, hosting, analytics, security, or customer support providers. These providers are not permitted to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out of Entropi Messaging SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After opting out, you should no longer receive promotional SMS/MMS messages from the relevant Entropi Messaging program unless you opt in again.

Data Retention

We retain opt-in, opt-out, delivery, and messaging records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Children

Entropi Messaging is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
