Program Name

The SMS/MMS messaging program is operated under the name Entropi Messaging.

Program Description

Entropi Messaging provides recurring promotional SMS and MMS messages to users who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include discounts, special offers, product or service promotions, event promotions, promotional announcements, and links to promotional content.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring promotional SMS/MMS messages from Entropi Messaging at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to Receive Messages

Users may voluntarily subscribe through the standalone, publicly accessible Entropi Messaging SMS/MMS opt-in form at https://entropimessaging.com/opt-in.html .

The SMS/MMS consent checkbox is optional, separate from other agreements, and unchecked by default. This form is not used for account creation, purchasing, service access, or transaction completion.

Declining SMS/MMS consent does not prevent a user from accessing the Entropi Messaging website or services, creating an account, making a purchase, or completing a transaction. A user is added to the SMS/MMS subscription list only after voluntarily providing a mobile number, actively selecting the consent checkbox, and submitting the subscription form.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, service access, or transaction completion. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be imposed by your mobile carrier depending on your wireless plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

After you opt out, you should no longer receive promotional SMS/MMS messages from the relevant Entropi Messaging program unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

SMS/MMS message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and wireless service. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable in some situations.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of Entropi Messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, consent records, and messaging data.

Prohibited Use

Entropi Messaging may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or non-consensual messaging. Entropi Messaging does not permit purchased lists, scraped phone numbers, unauthorized cold outreach, or messaging that violates applicable laws, carrier rules, or messaging provider policies.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
